Due to the transactional and instant nature of these digital services, once a service is initiated, configured, or digital access is granted, it is generally considered consumed and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Clients are eligible for a full refund only if a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase, provided that the technical setup or service has not yet been started or delivered.

  • Non-Refundable Services: No refunds will be issued for completed setups, custom integration services, monthly server/hosting maintenance, or after digital credentials have been accessed.

3. Technical Issues & Dispute Resolution If you experience any technical difficulties or system dissatisfaction, please contact our official support team at Info@vertexglobal.tech. We are fully committed to resolving any issues through dedicated technical support or service credits before considering any refund request.

4. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank statement, depending on your card issuer or financial institution.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud prevention We encourage all our clients to contact our support desk directly to settle any payment disputes. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will result in the immediate termination of all digital services and legal blacklisting of the associated accounts.
